Handle family law cases and other practice areas as assigned
Draft motions, pleadings, letters, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and provide advice, counsel, and representation
Review client intake inquiries and manage case workflows
Make independent court appearances and handle hearings
Collaborate with colleagues, manage case priorities, and adapt to changes while maintaining excellence
Apply procedural rules, evidence standards, and family law regulations in Hawaii
Qualification
Required
Must be licensed to practice law in Hawaii
Open to candidates from any legal background; family law experience not required
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
