Responsibilities
Preparation of all ASC740 tax provisions
Deferred tax, tax footnote, and tax disclosure work at year end
Work closely with external auditors
Assist with the development of internal controls
FIN 48 analysis and documentation
Calculate and pay federal, state and capital taxes
Create and monitor the tax filing calendar
Prepare all federal and state extensions
Research and determine impact of new tax regulations
Create models to drive tax improvement
Assist with other projects as necessary
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2+ years corporate tax experience
CPA and/or MST required
Strong experience with tax credits and transfer pricing
Large company corporate tax experience
