Analyst - Provider Compensation
HonorHealth is one of Arizona’s largest nonprofit healthcare systems, serving a population of five million people in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. The Analyst - Provider Compensation role involves preparing and interpreting financial analyses related to provider compensation and working closely with leadership to provide clinical and financial data analysis.

Responsibilities
Assist in calculating monthly/quarterly provider compensation
Audit payroll files and true-up payment records against plan terms
Participates in annual provider compensation related surveys
Track wRVU production, panel sizes, access scores, and incentive measures
Escalate outliers or data discrepancies to Senior Analyst or Director
Maintain organized records for comp plans, approval documentation, and policy references
Help respond to audit or compliance inquiries with clear supporting files
Support onboarding/offboarding workflows and status changes for providers
Document and improve comp workflows and processing logic
Develop internal SOPs for common tasks and share knowledge with team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 4 years' work-related experience
Preferred
1 year experience in healthcare finance, provider comp, analytics, or related roles
