Preparing loans for approval, closing, and ongoing servicing
Gather required documentation
Order third-party reports (such as credit, title, appraisal, and environmental)
Prepare accurate, detailed loan documentation for commercial closings
Review loan approvals to ensure all conditions are met prior to closing
Provide post-closing loan servicing, including maintaining customer files and obtaining updated financial information
Qualification

Experience in preparing loans for approval, closing, and ongoing servicing
Ability to gather required documentation
