Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain production processes, equipment, and parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
Conduct regular audits and data analysis to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for process enhancements
Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and identify areas for improvement both independently and cross-functionally
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs)
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety throughout the facility
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on process performance and project statuses
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience in manufacturing environments
Experience monitoring processes in an assembly, production, or related industry
Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes
Familiarity with process control systems, data analysis, and statistical methods
Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration within a dynamic production environment
Adherence to safety protocols and a proactive approach to promoting a safe working environment
