Law Practice
Responsibilities
Manage assigned family law cases from intake through resolution (within LP authority)
Appear in court for hearings and proceedings authorized for Legal Paraprofessionals
Draft pleadings, motions, disclosures, and correspondence
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Maintain accurate calendars and deadlines
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality client service
Qualification
Required
Active Arizona Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (Family Law)
Strong knowledge of Arizona family law and court procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization, reliability, and follow-through
Professional courtroom demeanor and client communication
Preferred
Spanish proficiency is not required. Additional compensation may be offered for demonstrated, job-related Spanish proficiency used regularly in client-facing legal work
