Responsibilities
Assume day-one ownership of the SuccessFactors ecosystem, including understanding of configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution
Manage and monitor third-party integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors
Ensure data integrity and operational continuity during the HCM implementation period
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for the HRIS team
Lead complex troubleshooting and collaborative problem-solving efforts
Provide technical stability and guidance to HRIS analysts and administrators
Act as a strategic gatekeeper for inbound system requests across the business
Evaluate business intent and downstream impact before approving changes
Ensure current-state changes align with long-term HCM and 2026 roadmap objectives
Own global HRIS permissions and data privacy governance
Partner with Legal, Security, and EMEA stakeholders to maintain compliance
Collaborate across HR, IT, Finance, and global teams
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on SuccessFactors configuration and support experience, must have
Proven experience managing HRIS integrations in a global environment
Deep expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Ability to operate independently in a backfill or transition role
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting GDPR and international data privacy requirements, preferred
