Responsibilities
Drive the global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to drive efficiency in delivering smart and timely data, facilitating decision making over the global and modernization PSS business
Ensure consistent application of sales policies and governance standards
Ensure consistency across CRM (Customer Relationship Management) usage, qualification standards and funnel stages
Collaborate and partner with other key stakeholders on new systems integration and assess the fitting of these new systems into overall commercial eco system
Develop dashboards and scorecards to capture performance trends, KPIs and analytics to guide decision making
Provide direction and plan regular communications and critical events, such as quarterly webcasts, annual sales meetings, sales training, and internal team events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills with an ability to work across multiple disciplines both internally and externally
Experience working with Sales Channels
Experience in industrial automation is strongly preferred
Experience supporting multi-region or global sales organizations
Preferred
Previous Sales/BD, Proposal or Project Engineering experience
Familiar with the S&OP process
Knowledge of Emerson Sales Channel
Previous supervisory experience
