Responsibilities
Drive our product's look and feel - standardizing layouts and consistent UI patterns
Build performant UIs that handle complex data and operations elegantly
Deliver pixel-perfect designs that feel delightful to use
Increase development velocity through excellent component architecture and best practices
Own the frontend experience end-to-end
Qualification
Required
Strong frontend fundamentals: Deep React/TypeScript experience, familiar with Next.js and Vercel
High agency: Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder. You have a builder's mindset and find creative ways to ship
Pragmatism: You choose the fewest and simplest tools that will actually work
Craft: You deliver pixel-perfect implementations and care how experiences feel
Communication: Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences
Growth trajectory: You're operating above your level and growing fast
Design sensibility: You believe all products should be beautiful and care about tiny details
Performance: Experience building UIs that stay fast under load
Experience: Have built complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
You're familiar with our tech stack or can learn unfamiliar technologies quickly
