They are seeking a Receptionist to receive patients and visitors, answer phones, and perform general administrative functions to support the clinic's operations.

Responsibilities
Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars
Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors
Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
Enter customer data and send correspondence
Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email; and
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Previous office/administrative experience required
Experienced in answering telephones, billing, typing or computer word processing, office machine operation, and filing
Must be comfortable with working in an addiction recovery environment
Preferred
prefer experience in a healthcare setting
