Responsibilities
Participating in fieldwork, ensuring data quality and integrity, as well as building forecast models to help tell a compelling story for both buy and sell-side market study initiatives
Conveying to client investment committees and other transaction stakeholders the commercial facing strengths and weaknesses of ~$50M to $1B+ mergers and acquisitions
Coaching and directing junior team members on the research process and providing course corrections when applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in general business, finance, research, or related field (Master's degree a plus)
3-5 years of experience in a commercial due diligence environment
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (highly competent in Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in a team environment
