Sales Lead
Instant is building the world’s first AI-powered marketing manager, allowing ecommerce brands to run their marketing on autopilot. They are seeking a Sales Lead who will build and lead a high-energy sales team while also being hands-on in closing deals and driving performance.
Responsibilities
Running pipeline reviews and making sure deals are moving, prioritised, and closing fast
Leading weekly Heartbeats and team huddles, aligning on targets, creating momentum, and keeping energy high
Coaching, training, and owning professional development for every member of your team
Running outbound reviews and demo call feedback sessions to continuously sharpen performance
Reporting progress vs. targets to leadership weekly, with a clear view of wins, risks, and what’s next
Qualification
Required
You've led sales teams before (ideally in fast-paced SaaS or eCom)
You know how to drive performance without burning people out
You're still hands-on, closing your own deals and keeping your skills sharp
Obsessed with speed: short cycles, quick learnings, and getting to yes (or no) fast
Comfortable setting the bar high, holding people accountable, and celebrating the wins
You thrive in an environment that's high-growth, with a solutions-oriented mindset
