Responsibilities
Conduct through inspections, test, and verify the quality of IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, tablets, PC’s, Notebooks, monitors, accessories, etc. following established quality control procedures and ensuring all units meet PlanITROI’s Quality Assurance guidelines and standards
Identify deviations from quality standards during product development and suggest solutions to ensure consistent quality
Perform detailed tests and inspections on finished products, approving those that meet standards and rejecting those that have not
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for defective or returned items
Accurately document inspection results in internal systems and communicate discrepancies to production teams and management
Provide clear, actionable feedback on product quality to leadership and technicians, promoting improvements
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, recommending new procedures that enhance product quality and operational efficiency
Maintain an organized and safe work environment, adhering to all company and industry safety protocols
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
2-3 years of hands on, high volume QC experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
A meticulous approach to inspecting products and maintaining high standards
Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and recommend improvements
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Must thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, capable of managing multiple priorities
Must have the ability to stand, walk and lift 50lbs
Must have reliable transportation
