Responsibilities

Support the transition from the current payroll system to new payroll platforms, ensuring accurate transfer of payroll logic

Interpret complex pay rules and verify alignment across multiple systems

Take detailed notes, identify issues quickly, and report findings to ensure accurate payroll implementation

Collaborate closely with internal payroll experts and cross-functional teams to facilitate knowledge transfer

Assist with project management tasks, tracking milestones and ensuring timely delivery of key deliverables

Contribute to a high-impact payroll transformation

Help maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the payroll system migration

Qualification

Required

Experience in payroll coordination or technical/IT roles supporting payroll system implementations

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to quickly understand complex payroll rules

Ability to analyze pay issues, interpret contracts, and communicate findings effectively

Project management and implementation experience to support smooth transitions and on-time delivery

Collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with internal payroll experts and cross-functional teams

Preferred

Preferably familiar with CAE or SkyMetrics (formerly Rainmaker) payroll systems
