The Showroom Coordinator's primary role is to maintain a pristine showroom by ensuring sales tools and sample collections are ready for appointments while managing Fashion GPS and assisting as an Account Executive during markets and trade shows.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Showroom Director to maintain a pristine showroom by ensuring that sales tools and sample collections are up to date and ready for appointments
Keep a thorough knowledge of all brands represented as well as samples in the storage room
Responsible for receiving all samples and ensuring they are ready for appointments; this includes, but is not limited to checking in, steaming, tagging and hanging
Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure drops are pulled from the line and only OTS styles are hanging when applicable
Largely responsible for managing Fashion GPS
Act as an Account Executive when needed during markets and trade shows
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong project management skills
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Familiarity with Fashion GPS software and/or similar sample tracking programs
Experience Working In a Showroom Environment
