They are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented university intern to support both business and lab operations through a rotational role, providing hands-on experience in a fast-moving biotech environment.

Responsibilities

Act as a flexible 'Swiss army knife' for the operations team, supporting a wide range of business needs as they arise
Assist with outreach, coordination, and scheduling (email follow-ups, calendar management, light research)
Support planning and execution of conferences, recruiting events, and internal events
Assist with documentation, tracking, and light data entry to keep operations running smoothly
Take on ad hoc operational projects and errands to unblock the team
Assist with day-to-day lab operations errands (receiving packages, restocking supplies, returns, equipment coordination)
Coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and deliveries related to lab work (samples, equipment, materials)
Help maintain lab organization and cleanliness standards
Support inventory tracking and basic lab logistics
Assist lab team members with operational setup tasks as needed
Rotate between lab ops and broader operations work based on weekly needs
Gain exposure to how operations supports R&D, people, and company scaling
Take on increasing ownership and responsibility as you ramp

Required

Currently enrolled in a university program (undergraduate or master's)
Highly dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with hands-on, in-person work and running errands
Able to follow instructions carefully and execute reliably
Comfortable working in a lab environment (training provided)
Have a can-do attitude and are happy to roll up your sleeves

Preferred

Interest in biotech, operations, or startups is a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment
