Payroll Coordinator

Accor is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join Ennismore's Payroll Team based in Louisville, Kentucky. The role involves processing payroll, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate reporting while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

Process payroll
Understand and have the ability to communicate payroll procedures to team members
Ensure all timecard and PTO approvals are complete before starting payroll
Upload all tip files sent by property Food & Beverage teams
Challenge and report all incorrect or questionable information that is sent into the department
Ensure the accuracy of all ADP and other HRIS data entry
Ensure proper documentation and approvals prior to processing payroll
Ensure confidentiality related to payroll and benefit information
Process manual checks as needed and ensure cash is accounted for with these checks
Receive and code all approved Personnel Action Forms (PAFs)
Responsible for adhering to, and enforcing Accounting/Payroll SOPs, procedures and policies
Responsible for maintaining effective communication with the Accountants, Controllers, Finance and People & Culture team members regarding questions, issues, potential problems, and payroll corrections
Responsible for maintaining good relations with other departments through constant communication
Responsible for following, supporting and abiding by all HR policies and procedures
Willing to participate in extracurricular meetings and/or functions contributing to employee morale, ie: attend hotel meetings
All other related assigned responsibilities

Required

You have prior payroll experience
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, ADP preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to follow directions closely, and to organize, direct, and manage tasks and projects, work independently, and demonstrate good judgment
Ability to interact effectively with a variety of personnel at different levels throughout the business. Establish and maintain working relationships with team members and vendors alike
Ability to maintain confidentiality

You're a master at multi-tasking and have great organizational skills
