This fully remote position is open to mid-level associates as well as senior attorneys at the junior partner or partner level, focusing on handling insurance coverage litigation matters and collaborating with partners and clients.

Responsibilities
Handle insurance coverage litigation matters from inception through resolution
Analyze complex coverage issues and policy interpretation
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and coverage opinions
Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and hearings
Collaborate with partners and clients on strategy and case management
Qualification
Required
3+ years of insurance coverage and/or complex litigation experience
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Prior leadership, client management, or business development experience is a plus
