The role involves building frameworks, processes, and culture to enhance project delivery, acting as a bridge between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director to design and implement standard PMO artifacts, including governance frameworks, reporting templates, and project health metrics
Define and refine the Services Delivery Framework workflows, ensuring a seamless blend of Agile methodologies with professional services delivery standards
Lead the organizational transition as we adopt new PMO standards. You will identify friction points and develop strategies to ensure high adoption rates across the engineering and consulting teams
Manage a portfolio of initiatives, modeling "gold standard" execution for the rest of the organization
Serve as a primary point of contact to internal teams, ensuring transparent communication regarding project timelines, risks, and adoption
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to deployment
A must-have background in professional services or management consulting
Strong experience in organizational change management
Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and how they integrate into a broader SDLC
Comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with 'standing up' a new department
Ability to translate technical software concepts into business value for executive stakeholders
Proficiency with PM software (e.g., Smartsheet, Salesforce, Certinia, Jira) and data visualization tools
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Preferred
PMP or CAPM certification preferred
Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is a huge plus
Scrum or other Agile certifications
