Responsibilities
Provide leadership and engage employees in the business through use of the CORE Operating System
Manage PO/SA release process from end to end, Develop a delivery assurance plan aligned with demand requirements
Participate in Business Reviews and Delivery Gated Review Process, which ensures the long term business delivery performance objectives are achieved
Develop the Partnership Product Organization (PPO) relationship to ensure source selection alignment to VSM strategy
Responsible for Supplier Relationship Management
Develop and execute staffing plans to support the long term sourcing strategy
Ensure Export Control Compliance. Overall ensure that our suppliers are in sync with our delivery requirements to ensure adherence to the plan and remove any roadblocks
Travel up to 10%
Qualification
Required
Bachelors' Degree and 10 years of experience in supply management, operations experience, project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related field: or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience
U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally across value streams
People management experience
Experience using MS Office and SAP
