Responsibilities
Engage with clients to define project scope, expectations, and deliverables
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale geospatial data collection projects
Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and quality assurance
Direct multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, analysts, software developers and field staff
Guide preparation of reports, presentations, and data visualizations for decision-makers
Support Sales teams in preparing and pitching project proposals to existing and prospective clients. Estimate proposed project timelines, team assignments, costs, etc
Qualification
Required
Substantial professional years (10+) of relevant experience in the consulting industry, with a proven track record of technical expertise and successful project delivery for major infrastructure and/or technology projects
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, or related field (Master's preferred)
Proficiency in GIS platforms and related data management tools
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-relations skills
Ability to analyze, interpret, and present technical data to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Familiarity with transportation asset management frameworks
Strong business development skills, including proposal writing and client engagement
Ability to lead change management and technology adoption within organizations
