Growth Specialist
WAZER is a fast-growing hardware tech startup that has created the world’s first desktop waterjet. They are seeking a Growth Specialist to work directly with the CEO on new sales and marketing initiatives, prototype and implement scaling initiatives, and build systems to enhance business growth.
Responsibilities
Work directly with the CEO on new Sales and Marketing growth initiatives
Prototype new Marketing channels (could be events, outbound email, influencers, or others)
Build systems to scale successful marketing channels
Design experiments to improve digital advertising performance
Be the main point of contact with our existing resellers, conduct regular business reviews and aggregate sales data
Discover and implement ways of growing sales for under-performing, high-potential existing resellers
Prototype new Sales channels (could be partnerships with complimentary companies, manufacturing reps, enterprise sales, bulk discounts for groups of buyers, or others)
Source and onboard new resellers in key markets where we are underrepresented
Designs and implements improvement projects for our internal sales and/or marketing systems
Responsible for approving monthly accounting reports prior to their submission to our bookkeeping firm
Designing systems to improve our bookkeeping reporting processes
Producing reports needed for income tax purposes
Responsible for sales tax compliance, ensuring we properly collect sales tax and working with our vendor to file returns and remit sales tax, and completing new state registrations when economic nexus is attained
