Personal & Executive Assistant to the Owner of the California Country Marts
J.S. Rosenfield & Company is seeking an experienced Personal & Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the company owner in Montecito, CA. This role combines both personal and executive responsibilities, requiring adaptability, discretion, and the ability to manage diverse tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day business operations and administrative needs including correspondence, purchases and scheduling amongst other tasks
Liaise with JSR & Co. Team including SVP of Operations, Executive Assistant based at our Marin Country Mart office and other members of the company
Manage professional calendar, appointments, and scheduling to insure fluid operations and cheerful relations
Handle confidential business matters with discretion
Assist with project coordination and follow-up on assignments
Manage personal calendar, appointments, and schedule meetings and appointments
Coordinate and perform personal errands and household-related tasks
Handle personal travel arrangements and itinerary planning
Assist with personal correspondence and communications
Personal Estate and family tasks
Qualification
Required
Valid California driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (driving is essential)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with standard office software and technology
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
High level of professionalism and discretion
Flexibility to handle varied responsibilities
Experience as a senior level Executive Assistant
