Responsibilities
Responsible for building a foundational knowledge of financial planning concepts and strategies
Responsible for conducting research (with direction and oversight) on well-scoped projects for straightforward topics, which may include qualitative and quantitative research and analysis; validating and challenging existing advice and guidance; and revising reports and other resources communicating the firm's advice and guidance
Responsible for communicating their team's advice and guidance accurately, primarily through written channels such as strategy reports and articles
Responsible for effectively collaborating with other analysts/strategists to support team and department objectives
This is not a client-facing position, and it is not expected to consult on client-specific situations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Foundational knowledge of financial planning concepts and strategies
Some familiarity with our firm's investment philosophy
Financial planning (emerging)
