Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationship with NVIDIA for the Unleash AI ISV program, including regular executive alignment, opportunity identification, and coordinating joint business activities
Develop and execute partner business plans focusing on joint GTM (Go-To-Market), enablement, and engagement strategies to scale adoption of AI factory stack and HPE Private Cloud AI solutions
Facilitate ISV partner integration, ensuring optimal use of NVIDIA compute, HPE PCAI and/or Alletra MP, and co-developed solution accelerators for packaged AI workloads
Lead demand generation initiatives, pipeline growth strategies, and sales enablement activities targeting new enterprise AI opportunities
Track metrics on partner engagement, solution adoption, and ISV success; prepare and deliver regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and executive reports
Maintain high-level relationships with both HPE and NVIDIA sales, engineering, marketing, and product management teams to resolve challenges and accelerate partner performance
Support partner training, ISV onboarding, and ensure compliance with program standards across the Unleash AI ecosystem
Act as subject matter expert on the value propositions of HPE-NVIDIA co-developed AI offerings, advocating for innovation and operational excellence

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
3-6 years' experience in partner management, alliance, or business development roles, preferably in enterprise technology, cloud, or AI domains
In-depth understanding of AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and ISV ecosystems
Strong relationship-building, executive communication, and project management skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic partner business plans
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving complex initiatives in matrixed organizations

Preferred

Knowledge of NVIDIA AI compute platforms and HPE enterprise solutions
Familiarity with AI factory stacks, reference architectures, and packaged vertical use cases
Strategic mindset and hands-on execution—comfortable with fast-paced innovation environments
