Responsibilities

Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release
Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc
Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities
Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility
Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state
Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working
Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s)
Coach Product Owners/Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog
Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation
Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessary

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders
Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification)

Preferred

Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization
Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
Participation in scaled agile frameworks
