Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all company cloud environments, ensuring secure configuration and ongoing reliability
Perform DBA responsibilities for our hosted databases, including monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization
Own our SOC2 compliance program, including documentation, control implementation, and preparation for annual audits
Serve as the primary security point of contact for customers, responding to security questionnaires and supporting vendor approval processes
Advise the development team on identity provider integrations, database design best practices, and overall software security considerations

Required

Hands-on technical ownership of cloud infrastructure
Experience in managing and maintaining cloud environments
Knowledge of secure configuration practices
Experience with database administration (DBA) responsibilities

Experience with SOC2 compliance program management
Ability to document and implement controls for compliance
Experience preparing for annual audits
Ability to respond to security questionnaires
Experience supporting vendor approval processes
Knowledge of identity provider integrations
Understanding of database design best practices
Knowledge of software security considerations
