Provide objective, third-party review and audit of accounting and operational internal controls, systems and processes
Report back any and all material and significant issues and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
10+ years of audit experience, preferably with: A public accounting firm (Big 4 or regional), and/or Internal audit in a real estate, financial services, or investment environment
Strong understanding of internal controls, and risk-based audit methodology
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a consultant (1099/contractor model)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly and diplomatically present findings to senior stakeholders
High degree of professional integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
