A&C Tech, Inc is partnering with Agelon, Inc. to find a Chief Compliance Manager who will lead compliance efforts during the company's MSB and MTL licensing phase. The role involves managing compliance deliverables, operating the AML program, and integrating compliance with technology, with a clear path to becoming the Chief Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities

Lead compliance deliverables for MSB registration and state MTL applications
Prepare bank diligence and licensing documentation
Manage regulator communications, RFIs, renewals, and reporting
Produce system artifacts including flow diagrams, screenshots, audit logs, and narratives
Maintain AML, KYC, KYB, and OFAC policies
Design EDD, SAR, and CTR workflows
Oversee onboarding, screening, and monitoring controls
Define user risk scoring and approval structures
Partner directly with engineering to ensure: KYC/KYB data handling meets regulatory standards, Ledger design supports custody, reconciliation, and audits, Admin approval logic meets MSB/MTL expectations, Audit logs and retention policies are regulator-ready, Dashboards support bank and regulator reporting
Design restricted transfer and whitelisting frameworks (ERC-1404)
Map investor accreditation to wallet permissions
Support on-chain/off-chain reconciliation
Draft virtual-currency compliance roadmap
Partner with legal, banking partners, and engineering
Train engineering and operations on compliance requirements
Review product features prior to launch
Bridge communication between US leadership and China-based engineering teams

Qualification

Required

3+ years in fintech, MSB, crypto, or digital asset compliance
Strong working knowledge of MSB and MTL requirements
Hands-on AML, KYC/KYB, and OFAC experience
Ability to interpret system diagrams, workflows, and data structures
Experience preparing bank diligence packages

Preferred

Tokenization or ERC-1404 experience
Private fund familiarity (Reg D, Reg S, Reg A+)
Transaction monitoring system experience
CAMS or CRCM certification
