Responsibilities
Collaborate with social content leads on ideation, research, and asset development for campaigns
Create captivating short-form (and occasionally, longer-form) video content optimized for social platforms
Edit and assemble video footage with strong hooks, clean storytelling, and platform-specific best practices
Incorporate motion design, color grading, and audio mixing to meet brand standards
Stay current on social media trends and apply them to content creation
Work closely with designers and production teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
Maintain organized file management and version control for all projects
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Ensure all content adheres to WB Games brand guidelines and quality standards
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
Proven experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of engaging, fast-paced content and visual storytelling
Proficiency in editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional tools
Knowledge of social platform trends and emerging video technologies
Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Motion graphics and animation skills (Adobe After Effects or similar)
Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
Familiarity with WB Games titles, characters, and storylines
Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
