Responsibilities
Drive business strategies to deliver availability and profitable sales through efficient management of inventory
Utilize deep analytics to solve problems and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Leverage your experience to efficiently manage and allocate inventory across all stores and nodes
Monitor inventory health and find opportunities for improvement
Negotiate and maintain business relationships both internally and externally
Formulate in-depth analysis to manage replenishment components throughout the product lifecycle
Drive guest reliability and inventory efficiency results at a department level
Create and lead implementation of division level strategies
Partner across Planning & Inventory Management Operations (PIM Ops), Stores and GSCL teams to drive and execute company level processes in your division
Champion change across your division
Lead profit & efficiency initiatives for your division that require understanding of the drivers of operational expenses and influence stakeholders and merchandising process & priorities to bring these to life
Qualification
Required
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of inventory management, retail supply chain, or related field
Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills
Strong initiative and attention to detail
Ability to analyze and interpret large and complex data sets
Demonstrated planning, organization, and decision-making skills
Ability to influence and communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to navigate or work within ambiguous situations
