Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management & Communication: Lead customer-facing work, managing internal and external calls to ensure alignment and clear communication
Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions during the implementation process
End-to-End Project Execution: Manage end-to-end technical implementations, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
Strategic Client Consulting: Consult with clients throughout the implementation process, translating technical concepts into actionable solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role
1+ years of experience with HL7v2, FHIR, and other common standards of healthcare system data exchange solutions
Hands-on experience with systems like Mirth or Rhapsody
Familiarity with APIs (preferred but not required)
Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience with EHR systems
Familiarity with interoperability tools like IRIS
Background in healthcare IT integrations or system migrations
