Responsibilities
Grade Checking: Utilize surveying equipment to check and maintain accurate grades on demolition sites. Work closely with the project team to ensure that grade requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of installed pipes. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in safety meetings and training programs as required
Communication: Effectively communicate with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate activities and resolve issues. Provide regular updates on project progress and challenges
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Grade Checker in the demolition or construction industry
Familiarity with surveying equipment and techniques
Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines
Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions
Must have reliable transportation
This job requires constant walking, standing, and physically lifting debris; must be able to lift more than 50 pounds
Must be open to working days, nights & weekends if needed
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment safely and efficiently
Must be open to working with others
Must be able to legally work in the US
