Responsibilities

Enhancing and ultimately retiring the existing monorepo to improve developer workflows
Enabling independent feature deployments and optimizing build processes
Contributing to a more scalable frontend architecture
Designing and developing reusable, high‑quality UI components across multiple web pages using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Next.js
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior and intermediate developers

Qualification

Required

8+ years of experience as a front-end engineer
Expert knowledge of React, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
Built web applications and web features on Next.js in the past 3 years
Strong understanding of web standards, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices
Proficiency with modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, etc.)
Experience mentoring and coaching junior and intermediate developers and enjoys working in a team environment
Some familiarity with architecture and design experience

Preferred

Experience working with headless CMS platforms
