Responsibilities
Update existing PowerPoint presentations align with adult learning principals
Implement engaging visual elements and interactive features of presentations
Ensure consistency in branding and design across all training materials
Create various types of assessments for training courses, (e.g. multiple choice, quizzes, case studies, scenario-based questions)
Deliver comprehensive presentations to management and executives
Qualification
Required
Required enrollment status: Full-time (as defined by your academic institution) in a degree program at an accredited college or university
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail
Good project management skills
Ability to learn Adobe InDesign
Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design principles
Keen eye for design and attention to detail
Knowledge in Instructional Design or Writing
Apply instructional design methodologies to create courses or curriculum (eLearning, simulations, videos, webinars, instructor-led, etc)
The demands associated with the normal office environment
Must be able to comply with office policy to work on-site twice per week
Light physical activity, including walking outdoors and climbing stairs
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Preferred
Preferred Major(s): Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Marketing Design, Technical Writing, English
Preferred Level of Education: College junior and above
