Senior Level, Lead/Staff, Director/ExecutiveRIT Solutions, Inc. is partnering with a top tier Management Consulting firm to support a foreign commercial bank in converting financial reporting from IFRS to US GAAP. They are seeking a Senior Manager-level Technical Accountant with deep technical accounting expertise within the banking industry to lead this critical conversion.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute conversion of accounting policies from IFRS to US GAAP
Identify and document key accounting differences and required adjustments
Prepare and review journal entries and financial statement impacts
Support preparation of US GAAP-compliant financial statements and disclosures
Partner with controllership, FP&A, and external auditors during conversion
Develop technical accounting memos and documentation for regulatory and audit purposes
Ensure compliance with US regulatory and banking reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
CPA strongly preferred
Senior Manager-level technical accounting experience
Strong background in commercial banking or financial services
Deep knowledge of both IFRS and US GAAP
Prior experience leading or supporting accounting conversions
Ability to be hands-on with accounting and documentation
