Responsibilities
Prepare reports and presentations
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries and route them as appropriate
Maintain accurate and organized electronic filing systems within special client databases
Track project deadlines, deliverables, and follow up tasks to ensure timely completion
Compile and distribute meeting agenda, record minutes, and document action items
Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and other administrative financial tasks
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within administrative workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree and 4 years of related work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
Ability to work well with others
Ability to present ideas to diverse audiences
Proficient with MS Project and Excel
Preferred
Experience working with the FAA
