Administrative Support Specialist
Henis Group is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to support finance and maintenance leadership at their Hollywood, SC facility. This contract position involves providing administrative support, utilizing Excel, and maintaining operational accuracy.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Finance and Maintenance teams
Heavy use of Excel , including formulas and functions
Work within internal business systems and ERP tools to support data entry, reporting, and operational accuracy
Assist with reporting, documentation, and general administrative coordination
Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel skills (formulas and functions required)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working fully onsite
Preferred
Administrative or clerical experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or operations environment preferred
Exposure to ERP or internal business systems is a plus
