HR Special Projects (People & Operations)
The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking to add a part-time team member to our Human Resources Department. This person will manage special projects and administrative tasks related to People and Operations for our Association.

Responsibilities
Support Directors with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire and volunteer documentation, background checks, payroll set-up and direct deposit enrollment
Ability to reform clerical and administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, inventory management and distribution of staff materials
Qualification
Required
The successful candidate must have a high school degree or its equivalent
Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Team, Sharepoint, One Drive)
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Detail-Oriented with strong follow through and documentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers and prospective candidates
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Preferred experience with HRIS and workforce management systems (UKG preferred)
