Responsibilities
Concept, produce, and deliver original content for paid ads, social media, email/newsletters, and educational initiatives
Translate brand strategy, campaign goals, and product narratives into compelling, visually engaging content
Develop bold creative ideas that cut through the fintech and crypto noise
Help evolve and protect the CoinZoom brand across all digital touchpoints
Use generative AI tools to ideate, draft, edit, personalize, and scale content—without sacrificing originality or brand voice
Experiment with AI across text, image, video, and multimodal formats
Apply ethical, responsible, and brand-safe AI practices
Create platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and more
Produce short-form video, static visuals, copy, and interactive assets optimized for performance
Collaborate with growth and performance teams to iterate creative using engagement and conversion data
Develop clear, engaging content that simplifies complex financial and crypto topics
Create newsletters, articles, and learning assets that build trust and credibility
Help position CoinZoom as a customer-first, innovative fintech brand
Partner closely with executives, product, design, and marketing teams
Manage multiple projects in a fast-moving startup environment
Use analytics, testing, and feedback to continuously improve content performance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in digital content creation, brand content, or similar roles
A strong, design-led portfolio showcasing original digital work across formats
Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative workflows
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Strong visual sensibility and experience producing or directing multimedia content
Deep understanding of social platforms, digital advertising, and content distribution
Ability to work remotely while being based in Salt Lake City, UT for in-person collaboration as needed
Preferred
Experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or high-growth startups
Familiarity with AI-assisted design, video, or marketing automation tools
Working knowledge of content analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization
Experience translating complex or regulated topics into accessible content
