The role involves creating high-quality short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, while building the systems and creative direction of the company's content engine.

Responsibilities
Ideate, film, edit, and deliver short-form video for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
Capture treatments, patient education, behind-the-scenes, and brand storytelling
Edit with strong hooks, pacing, and retention in mind
Produce platform-ready content at a consistent weekly volume
Learn how high-performing organic content converts into paid ads
Bring proactive ideas and creative direction to every shoot
Build repeatable content pillars, themes, and formats
Identify trends, research keywords, and develop strategic angles
Position providers as experts through intentional storytelling
Implement shooting schedules, content workflows, and delivery deadlines
Use performance metrics to refine direction and increase impact
Maintain a premium, elevated visual identity
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and aesthetic
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accuracy and professionalism
Uphold brand values around trust, natural results, and patient experience
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience creating short-form content for a brand, business, or influencer
Proven ability to grow an account meaningfully (for example 1k to 10k or 10k to 100k)
Clear creative process from ideation through final delivery
Strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, retention, and data-informed iteration
Comfortable being on-site in a medical spa environment
Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe, or Final Cut
Portfolio showing 50–200+ Reels, TikToks, or Shorts
Coachable, deadline-driven, and strong communicator
Preferred
Photography skills
Strong writing for captions, hooks, and scripts
Experience with premium or aesthetics brands
Familiarity with analytics and performance insights
Videography experience or comfort with cameras such as GH5
Experience with UGC or cinematic content
