Responsibilities
Preparing and sending a high volume of FedEx and mail shipments, including case filings and approval packets
Supporting administrative and legal teams to maintain steady workflow for file production
Maintaining consistent organization systems for case-related materials such as filing fee checks, passport-style photos, and original client documents
Updating internal Case Management System accurately and in real time to ensure data integrity
Collaborating with members of the operations, legal, and administrative team to provide feedback on processes and assist with potential improvements if applicable
Assisting with specific projects, such as archiving, on an as-needed basis
Working on additional administrative and billing projects when necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
3-5 years of clerical and/or administrative experience may be substituted for this requirement
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Discretion and ability to work independently
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to respond to email requests quickly and effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook
Professional demeanor
Preferred
Experience in a fast-paced environment strongly preferred
