Office Administrator
University of Utah Health Research is seeking an Office Administrator to provide essential support within the Division of Epidemiology for the NIDA Clinical Trials Network. The role involves overseeing office operations, coordinating meetings, and assisting with clinical trial processes while interacting with research participants and staff.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including conference and video calls on behalf of leaders
Support leaders with planning and logistics for local engagement and culture-building initiatives
Serve as the face of the office, developing and maintaining relationships with building management, vendors, and internal departments
Assist the clinical trials team with regulatory documentation and processes for active clinical trials
Provide general assistance to research staff and contribute to study operations where needed
Interact professionally and compassionately with research participants and the populations served by the program
May support functions such as accounting, reception, timecard approval, facilities coordination, supply management, and other back-office duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience
Office Administrator, I: Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience or a master's (or equivalency) degree
Office Administrator, II: Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience
Office Administrator, III: Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail
