Responsibilities
Analyze large-scale omics datasets (genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, etc.) using bioinformatics pipelines
Develop and implement computational models to uncover patterns in biological and clinical data
Apply machine learning and statistical approaches to support biomarker discovery and precision medicine initiatives in oncology
Collaborate with scientists, clinicians, and data scientists to design and execute data-driven research projects
Optimize bioinformatics workflows and pipelines for high-throughput data analysis
Present findings through technical reports, visualizations, and presentations to cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Master's or Ph.D. candidate in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Data Science, or a related field
Experience with programming languages such as Python and/or R, scientific computing environments, and reproducible research best practices
Understanding of computational pipelines for data analysis, integration and visualization
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex insights effectively
