Program Management Analyst

Responsibilities
Develops, creates, and maintains key performance indicators and metrics using proficient to advanced knowledge of Excel and database applications
Gathers, analyzes, and interprets complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives
Prepares and presents comprehensive reports and dashboards for management
Utilizes excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate meetings with multiple levels of management and various stakeholders
Clearly articulates data-driven findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborates with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
Manages and queries databases to extract and manipulate data for analysis
Leverages advanced features of Excel, such as pivot tables, lookups, and macros, to automate processes and enhance analytical capabilities
Utilizes business intelligence tools, including a basic knowledge of Tableau or Power BI, to create dashboards and visualizations
Translates complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and management to understand trends and performance
Manages and queries databases, including Oracle, to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets
Ensures data integrity and accuracy within various reporting systems
Troubleshoots data-related issues and works to improve data collection and storage processes
Plans and prioritizes the programmatic workload, tracks milestones and deliverables, and coordinates with program managers and other team members to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Assists in the development and implementation of new programs, ensuring all activities are executed
Develops and maintains all program documentation, including reports, plans, and records
Manages program-related databases, information, and systems to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security for accurate reporting and decision-making
Ensures all activities are in compliance with organizational policies, standards, and government regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Master's degree: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Applicants without a bachelor's degree may be considered based on a combination of at least 10 years of completed education and/or relevant experience
Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status
The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required
Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP)
If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10 CFR 709
