Responsibilities
Enter artist settlement documents and support account reconciliations
Process Accounts Payable submissions and generate reports (e.g., Hubble exports)
Assist with special event settlements and month‑end data entry
Perform administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Passion for live entertainment
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Data Analysis, etc
Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and communication skills
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Desire to learn more about the entertainment industry
The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the spring
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) and Smartsheet preferred
