Human Resources Administrator
Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions and is seeking a Human Resources Administrator. This role involves administrative support to the HR department, managing employee records, onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files on electronic shared drive
Process new hire onboarding, including offer letters, background checks, I-9 verification, and orientation scheduling
Coordinate employee offboarding, including exit paperwork and benefits notifications
Maintain Attendance Policy, point system, logs and communication to Supervisors on a daily basis
Document all attendance line calls
Create Job Descriptions format and work closely with Hiring Managers
Maintain Schedules data in HRIS
Review Timesheets for errors and validation on a weekly basis
Maintain Perfect Attendance rewards
Create an employee recognition system
Maintain HR bulletin boards
Onboard new hires with timekeeping biometric setup and badge
Enter and update employee information in HRIS
Ensure data accuracy and timely processing of HR transactions
Create job postings on Indeed and LinkedIn account, filter resumes, log applicant tracking, and schedule interviews
Support HR training initiatives with content creation and maintaining completion records
Support Health and Safety Specialist and Human Resources with administrative tasks
Collect and maintain Safety Check Sheets from Supervisors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
HR administrative support experience required
Recruiting, Onboarding and Administrative experience is required
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing with multiple shifts environments is preferred
Experience using an HRIS, preferably ADP Workforce Now
Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
