Responsibilities
Candidate required to work: Monday to Thursday Friday, 9 – 5:30 PM
The position of Payment Specialist 1 is responsible for working with the Payments Team to manage all aspects of the credit, debit, and ATM Only card programs
In addition, this position monitors the various ATMs rented by the Credit Union and ensures they are operational and have sufficient cash
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables with set deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
Account Experience desired
3 – 5 years of banking or credit union experience
3 – 5 years of member/customer relations experience
Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalency
