GoFasti is a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects top talent from LatAm with leading companies globally. They are seeking an English-fluent Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead recruitment efforts, develop scalable hiring processes, and enhance employer branding.

Responsibilities
Lead Recruitment Across Functions: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, source top talent, and drive an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer
Build a Scalable Hiring Process: Develop and refine recruitment workflows, interview guides, and evaluation frameworks that ensure consistency, efficiency, and equity
Champion Employer Branding: Help tell the company story—creating materials and moments that bring our culture to life across job descriptions, social channels, and candidate touchpoints
Own Early Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, orientation, and 30/60/90-day check-ins to ensure smooth transitions and early engagement for new hires
Partner with People & Leadership: Collaborate with the Head of People to design and execute talent strategies aligned with business growth, DEI priorities, and workforce planning
Track, Report, and Optimize: Maintain recruiting dashboards, analyze metrics, and continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience
Nurture the Talent Pipeline: Build proactive relationships with future talent, leveraging industry events, LinkedIn, and creative community networks
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or creative industry experience strongly preferred)
Proven success recruiting across multiple disciplines—creative, strategy, client service, production, and operations
Strong knowledge of modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.) and sourcing strategies
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; able to represent the brand with authenticity and warmth
Experience creating and executing onboarding and early engagement programs (30/60/90-day reviews)
Highly organized, detail-driven, and motivated by connecting people with purpose
