Responsibilities
Enter data for inventory transfers and cycle count adjustments into computer database
Purchase Order management for raw materials and compounds
Inventory reconciliations and adjustments for: Daily cycle Counts, Month end Variance Review, Quality Hold Tracking
Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing, quality, and shipping department staff
Receive and issue finished goods into computer database
Prepare reports for cycle counts
Participate in physical inventory (monthly and year-end) and adjust as necessary
Enter Blending Production
Manage raw material additives and resin purchases/inventories
Manage Grainger vending for all plant employee
Distribute monthly resin and impact modifier purchases
Update records of continuous improvement report
Process and assist with Sage, AS400 and ITAF Tickets (inventory systems)
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing an inventory control program or equivalent combination of education and experience
High school diploma required
Knowledge of Inventory Control systems, i.e., Sage or JDE
Effective leadership skills and problem-solving techniques is a must
Attention to detail, accuracy, time management and organization
Teamwork and project management skills, self-driven and accountable

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, or industrial technology
Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles
